Anthropomorphic Strategy

Sometimes you know exactly what the article is about by just reading the title. In other cases you would not have a clue. By researching this title I was not convinced it would illustrate the article I would write (I usually have an idea and want to title it first, my #strategy). However, by looking at it for five minutes, I do not think I could have come up with something better. Anthropomorphic #strategy, or in other words: a human-like approach.

You see it everywhere, and I am sure after reading this you will fully agree. Situations where people tend to show robotic behaviour. By doing their job without really thinking, driving the same road to work every day or the same morning ritual. It makes people lazy, arrogant and disrespectful. Or why is it some of us do feel so much greater than others? Being skillful does not mean you are a better person. No one wants to be treated inhumanely so why are we doing it? Why are doctors not listening to your exact problem, do sellers not offer what you really want or is the customer service representative interested in everything but not you? Let’s be honest, they want the same treatment when it would be the other way around.

I name it anthropomorphic #strategy, a #strategy to avoid these frictional situations. So get rid of this automatic pilot. Be the better person! It can do no harm to change your career if the passion is not really there. When you love what you do, try to get some distraction and break your patterns. People wake up, please. From a personal point of view I think it’s fine to be arrogant but show you are a human. I can ensure everyone that applying an anthropomorphic #strategy will help you achieve your goals in a more humanly way. Create trust by giving trust. Trust me, inhuman behavior does backfire.  After all, we are all human beings, we rely on each other’s skills………we do want to trust.

Discuss here what your obstacle is to become this human. Feel free to comment or share your #strategy to remain this human. We are all humans and we all want to be treated as such.
